Things I don't like:
- being this cold
- being this tired
I need to be conscious tomorrow from around midday to sometime in the early evening. This past week or so, my wake period has been approximately 6pm-6am. Therefore I need to reset my cycle so I can be awake tomorrow. Therefore even though I was up at, I can't remember, but we'll say 6pm last night, I need to go to sleep no earlier than 24 hours before the latest time I want to be awake.
I hate sleep deprivation. I hate it so much. I hate feeling jetlagged all the time.
And right this instant I remember why I'm so cold now, when it's been just as cold all night and I was okay. Core temperature varies according to sleep/wake phase. It drops when you're dropping off. No wonder I'm freezing.
